Monitor at home without treatment O opted for option 1Treatment: 0.5 mg/kg metaclopramide (5 mg/ml) to reduce nausea = 2.4ml1x apomorphine (6.5mg) transmucosal  	Plan: -watch for the next couple of days to monitor for signs of worsening (e.G vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite)- little risk from chocolate- Biggest risk from obstruction due to foil = Want to monitor- coud add psyllium husk to food to bolk up stool but not necessary    Vital Signs
