Reason: Painful On RHLHistory:- Was on a walk then suddenly yelped.- O unsure which leg was limping but was not putting weight on it- Came to clinic straight away Physical Exam:BAR, mms pink and moist, CRT <2sBCS: 3/5Femoral pulses: Strong and synchronusCardiorespiratory: No murmurs or arrhythmias auscultated, clear lung fields Abdominal palpation: non-painful, no enlarged organs, masses or other abnormalities palpated Lymph nodes: small, soft, symmetricalIntegument: Normal coat, no ectoparasites detected Musculoskeletal: Ambulatory, no lameness noted, no joint effusion, no pain on palpation, extension or flexion. Assessment:Soft tissue injury vs fracture vs dislocation etcDiscussion:Option:1. Pain relief + strict rest. If no improvement then x-rays needed. 2. Admit for radiographs nowO elected option 1.
