Appointment Notes: SKIN- groomer told o has yeast infection. O said chewing paws with VR cwHistory : got groomed  today and groomer said has funagl infection to paws. Has been biting paws for few weeks. Has gabapentin 300mg middle of day - has helped alot with licking his prepuce. he gets bathed twice a eek and paws sensiitve skin and paws ear cleaner once weekly. Examination: all 4 feet mild erythema to palmar/planat aspect and dorsal aspect ears ok today , nil d/c at allPlan:r/c as needed and ok to have more apoquel.     Vital Signs    Weight: 16.2;
