Appointment Reason: Cytopoint Injection, Appointment Notes: + Beransa (all going well, just needs vet consult as been 6 months since seen vet)Hx: due cytopoint (been >6mths so needing vet visit)went for derm appt (osbourne park) 6wks ago - they were happy with response to ASIT and cytopoint.o mentioned to derm vet that Nugget sometimes gets a bit stiff after running around a lot or after sleeping. Will limp/walk tentatively every now and then - RHL. derm vet started him on beransa. o noticed big improvement in mobility. starting to get stiff again in last couple of weeks since beransa has worn off. current meds:cytopoint ASIT injectonsmedicated wash once to twice /wkEx:teeth goodheart/chest NADskin/coat goodMSK -reluctant to extend R hip, otherwise unremarkable PEPlan:-cytopoint 30mg s/c-RHL stiffness/limp - good response to beransaI have recomended we get a confirmed dx to make sure we are on the right long-term tx plan.
