Presenting Problem:- Lump check on L side lower jawVet Assessment (ZV) (In consult)Phys Exam: -Vet exam findings consistent with Nurse exam findings above. -3mm diameter pink with black pigment raised mass, appears like skin tag but  also has a  well circumscribed 1mm flat skin discolouration (pink) lesion around it. evidence of bruising/damage.Differential Diagnosis:- haemangioma /hemangiosarcoma -mast cell tumour -benign skin tagPlan:- Recommend dental ASAP & cauterise lump at the same time. Recommend bloods if there has been no bloods at YVS recently. also recommend abx.
