No murmur or arrhythmia, pulses strong and synchronous RR/Chest: panting. Normal effort and BV sounds MM/CRT: pink, moist/1.5Oral/Teeth/Gums: stage 2-3 dental disease Temp: not taken Ears: external pinna clean Eyes: nad LNs: SM, PS, P wnl Abdo/GIT: soft and comfortable U/G: not assessed M/Skel: ambulatory but slow, CPs present but delayed both HLs - worse on L side. No ataxia Neuro: mentation appropriate, no obvious deficits Derm: good coat quality, no lesions noted Problem List:1. OA A: has responded well to cartrophen, can start this again. Excess weight will be exacerbating this - will be challenging to lose weight at home given he is fed so many different things. Recommend cutting out table scraps first - if still struggling with reducing diet at home, discussed Neo would be a great candidate for Hill's metabolic + mobility.P: cartrophen 0.7ml given SC. Next doses can be done with nurses. Try to continue reducing food at home2. Dental diseaseA: significant, needs dental.
