04/03/2026 Went to groomers on Sunday and since monday licking at groin and scrotum and not eating much. O only offering dry food. Not toileting either MMpink B+A TPR normal. Groin area red rash and scrotum red rash and scabbed Very bad clipper rash recheck 1 week

Had dog since Aug/sept had 2 puppy vaccs but not 3rd C3 vacc. Lives with grand-daughter adn goes between grandmas house and her dads with her. Dad has a sharpei to at home. O have bark collar (shrill sound)on dog as barks during day at home and at other dogs. Doesn't seem to stop dog barking in fact seems toincrease it here in the clinic as keeps dog alert. When asked to take off as Ididn't like the sound the dog relaxed adn wasn't alert barking anuymore. Good dog once he raelaxed seems a bit anxious and like he could do with a bit of training to give words to listen to and boundaries. Ears very hairy but no redness or discharge. BCS 4/9 TPR normal teeth good coat good LNs normal Abdo palp nad. 2 testicles present no hernias and no back dewclaws Booked desexing at closest time and given last puppy vacc due for full c5 in August again
