Reason: Ate MushroomsHx: nurse triage admit. Ate single white mushroom from garden at 8.10am this AM. Has done this before when younger and emesis induced. EDDU okExam: very BAR, mm pink, crt1 sec, chest nad, abdo nad. Temp 38.6Plan:3.25g apomorphine right conjunctivaNil emesis induced after 30 mins Communication:Called client and updated. Unable to repeat dosing so will have to use charcoal and ideally bloods etc incase mushroom toxic. Advised no way of knowing toxic or not. Advised liver damage can occur depending on type of mushroomRecommend base line bloods and repeat in 24hrs. Owner declined base line bloods due to cost. Also discuss fluid therapy/hepatic supplements sometimes required depending on whether develop clin sign so change son bloods20ml charcoal slurry q 6 hours, started in clinicCheck prep bloods tomorrowHandout provided    Vital Signs
