Appointment Notes: Lump check, rescheduled from 25/2/26. GB  ------- Sms reply: YHistory:C/O a lump on the side and multiple small, skin tag-like growths. No V/D reported. Eating well with a good appetite. Walked twice daily. Behaviourally normal, though can be dog-aggressive.Examination:EEN : NAD, no discharge, swelling or exudate.Dental score : 0.5/4.Lymph Nodes: Symmetrical, WNL.Heart: NSR, no murmur or arrhythmia detected. Pulses strong and synchronous.Chest: Lungs clear on auscultation, normal bronchovesicular sounds.Integument: A 1 cm soft, mobile, subcutaneous mass palpated on the right side of thorax . Multiple small, pedunculated skin tags noted. No ectoparasites seen.Abdominal palpation: Soft, non-painful, no organomegaly detected.MSK: No lameness noted, full range of motion in hindlimbs.Neuro: Bright, alert, and responsive. Gait is normal.Laboratory:- FNA of the flank mass was performed. Cytology revealed predominantly adipocytes, consistent with a lipoma.Assessment:Presented for investigation of a subcutaneous mass, which has been identified as a lipoma. Otherwise clinically well.Treatment:- Advised to monitor the lipoma for any rapid changes in size or character.- Discussed surgical removal if bothering the dog, but otherwise can continue to monitor. Re-check advised if it grows significantly or becomes bothersome.
