<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>History:</strong></span><br>Last 5d - has had D+.<br>Very often with the poops, around 3x today - from 3am itll now (12pm noon)<br>Started off with yellow orange liquidy<br>Recently has become more solid - with a lot of mucous<br>Towards the end - couple of streaks of fresh blood in the mucousy bits<br>This morning - V+ some foam<br>Otherwise BAR, still wants to eat and drink<br>EDDU: Eating drink has been perfectly fine. Urination - less often than usual but still going fine. Last solid poo ~5d ago. <br>Parasite control: Does 3 monthly Tx - esp worming<br>Feeding: Lyka, chicken, small amounts of salmon, egg. <br>Diet hasn't changed - but might have picked up some stuff outside<br>Tends to like possum poop, and if she's at the dog park will go for other doggies poops<br>UTD with vax<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Examine:</strong></span><br>Behaviour: BAR<br>Eyes: NAD<br>Ears: NAD<br>Nose: NAD<br>Mouth: NAD MM pink, CRT <2<br>LN: NAD<br>Heart + lungs: Clear on auscultation<br>Skin: NAD<br>Abdomen: Soft and comfortable on palpation<br>MSK: NAD<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Assessment:<br></strong></span>Dietary indescretion vs gastro <br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Treatment:<br></strong></span>Metronidazole ~400mg 1.5 tab PO BID 7d<br>+ pro-kolin paste 1hr after metro<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Plan:</strong></span><br>O was already on bland chicken and rice diet > swap to RC GI low fat OR Hills gastro biome for a few weeks, and then slowly change back to Lyka if she wants<br>Needs dental - O is looking to book it in July when her vax is due and we can do both together, Ella is a bit scared of needles</p></html>

noted red lump on the Right eye, not constantly out but sometime popping out otherwise fine PE both eyes PLR and meance intact R eye - swollen at conjunctiva, no obvious FB under third eyelid, negative stain HR 132 - very excited dog panting tgh with chloroptsone recheck INI
