Owner reports a history of poor fat digestion, with diarrhoea and vomiting when fed low-quality food. Owner also notes worsening destructive behaviour recently, such as chewing on furniture.- Significant history: Suspected pancreatic issues, gastrointestinal sensitivity. History of receiving "bleed tablets" two weeks prior for an unknown reason.- Current medications:Examination Findings:- Demeanour: BAR Heart Rate: = PR, Respiratory Rate: , MM pink CRT<2s, Temperature: not taken BCS: /9- Eyes: NAD.- Ears: NAD.- Oral: WNL.- Nose: NAD.- Peripheral lymph nodes: WNL.- Cardiovascular: regular, no murmur.- Respiratory, breathing: normal effort, auscultation clear.- Urinary/Genital: normal external anatomy.- Skin: NAD, normal skin tent- Abdomen: soft, comfortable on palpation.- Rectal examination: not performed- Neurological: Normal mentation, no ataxia, detailed exam deferred.- Musculoskeletal: Nil lameness, normal for ageProblem List:* Acute foreign body ingestion (plastic/fabric toy)Assessment:Presents for observed foreign body ingestion within the last hour. History of sensitive digestion.
