Fine for medications for next 6 months <br><br>Revisit: </p> </div></html>

In with JackieHx:- In today for a med review for more cytopoint 20mg SQ injections and gabapentin 100mg capsules. Travis has been starting to scratch and rub his face along the ground a bit more often in the past week. O thinks he requires another cytopoint injection before it gets worse. No side effects noted on the cytopoint 20mg SQ.- Doing well, no concerns otherwise- EDDU normal- No V+, D+, coughing, sneezing- UTD with flea/ worming treatment and vaccPE:BAR, nervous but nice dogBCS: 5/9EENM: NADMM pink, CRT 1.5 secDentition: Mild plaque developing on the maxillary PM4 bilaterally with no obvious gingivitis. DDGR 0-1/4 CVS: NAD. No murmurs or arrythmias. Femoral pulses normodynamic and synchronous.Resp: No abnormal bronchovesicular soundsAbdo palp: no pain palpatedAssessment:Atopic dermatitis flareup- responsive to cytopointDDGR 0-1/4Rx:- Cytopoint 20mg SQ- Gabapentin 100mg capsules x50 (1-1.5 capsule PRN for stressful events)Plan:- As above. Ok for more of both of the meds until 3/3/2025.

gaba 100 mg x 50 - Give ONE to ONE AND A HALF capsules orally as needed. Can give up to TWICE per day. Can cause mild sedation.cytopoint 20 mg admin sc with 2 ml syringe and 22 g needle

In with Jackie Hx:- More relaxed more after most recent move to new house. Gets gabapentin PRN if left alone at home for too long. Responding well to current regime. - For past 2 weeks he has been chewing at hist feet and scratching more often. O thinks he needs another cytopoint injection. - Doing well, no concerns otherwise- EDDU normal- Diet: Hill's GI biome diet- No V+, D+, coughing, sneezing- UTD with flea/ worming treatment PE:BAR, nervous but not aggressive dog. Approached slowly with lots of positive reinforcements. BCS: 5/9EENM: NADMM pink, CRT 1.5 secDentition: Mild plaque developing on the maxillary PM4 bilaterally with no obvious gingivitis. DDGR 0-1/4 CVS: NAD. No murmurs or arrythmias. Femoral pulses normodynamic and synchronous. Resp: No abnormal bronchovesicular soundsAbdo palp: no pain palpatedAssessment:Atopic dermatitis flareup- responsive to cytopointDDGR 0-1/4Fine for vaccRx:- Pi2 + BB injectable in dorsum SQ- Cytopoint 10mg SQ in the RFL SQ Plan:- Pi2 + BB in 1 year. Duramune in 2 years. - Cytopoint as above. Next review is in August 2024.
