The owner noticed that there is more tears coming off Danta's left eye since 2 days ago. The owner also noted that Danta has been squinting on her left eye, and she can't fully open the L eye sometimes. The owner has tried to clean her eyes with saline at home, and the owner thought that the eye was looking better today. No sneezing or coughing was noted by the owner. Danta has been to cat boarding in January and she appeared to be fine after that. Danta had been presented to the ECC for having a swollen right eye in 2024, which she was given chloramphicol and the condition resolved since then. Danta was otherwise healthy today, eating and drinking have both been normal. BODY CONDITION SCORE:        	7/9 IN-HOUSE DIAGNOSTICS: Fluorescene testing done on both eyes. No active ulcer was found. ASSESSMENT:Problem list:1. Epiphora and squinting of the left eye Include your clinical impression of the animal: The epiphora and squinting is most likely to be caused by Cat flu (feline herpevirus / feline calicivirus). The owner is advised that the viral infection is realatively mild and it is likely to be resolved in 10-15 days.  Amacin has been dispensed for anti-inflammatory and pain-relief purpose. Owner is advised to stop the Amacin if the condtion get worse progressively. Other likely potential causes include blockage of nasolacrimal duct.   PLAN (incl. alternative options):1. Apply 5 mm dm of Amacin Ear & eye ointment onto the left eye twice daily for 3 days. Contact the clinic if condition get worsened.2. Discussed about doing health-scanning bloodtest  & Pro-BNP test  as Danta is approaching middle age. Estimate of both tests has been sent to the owner.    Vital Signs    Weight: 5.5;
