History of AHDS - was hospitalised between PPV and WAVES. Bloods mostly NSF, had ACTH stim which ruled out Addison's. 
Has been speyed in 21/6/23
Presented due to ongoing ocular discharge and pawing of eyes since end Jan 
Has some yellow discharge this morning so brought in 
EDUF normally otherwise
Also has a lesion(?) on LHL toe pads 

Physical exam 
BAR, loves treats. A bit difficult to keep still! 
MM Pink, moist 
CRT <2s
HR 96
Cardiac ausc NAD 
RR Panting 
Lung sounds Clear 
Abdo palp NAD
pulses: normal, = 
temp not taken
LNs: WNL
EENO Mild plaque on molars/premolars (O brushes regularly). Mild yellow mucoid discharge from R eye, but both eyes are watery. Mild scleral injection.
Skin NAD
MSK & neuro: Ambulatory. LHL lateral pawpad has mild abrasion(?) on side, possibly from previous trauma. 

Fluorescein stain negative in both eyes 

Problem list: 
1. Bilateral conjunctivitis 
Ddx: allergies vs other 

Plan: Trial chlorasone topically in each eye BID 
RV INI
If recurs, O will trial antihistamines and monitor response
