History:Called this morning mentioning that she is not doing well overnight. Started being more wobbly in her limbs and alot worse this morning. Was given amoxyclav yesterday night, gabapentin as well as her regular prophylaxis. Reccomended to come in for recheck. Was supposed to have final carboplatin chemotherapy yesterday but was postponed due to mild neutropenia. Sent home with amoxyclav. Current medications:Amoxyclav 500mg 2 tab PO BIDDiagnosis: Osteosarcoma left thoracic limb, amputation 28/10/25, chemotherapy commenced 4/11/25. Examination: Weight - 55.1kg Mentation - BAR RR - Panting, normal effort MM Pink, moist, 1-2sec CRT HR 90bpm, pulses strong & regular Temp - 38.1Comfortable on abdominal palpationDoppler BP 156 mmHg #5 RFLPlan:Stop gabapentin, trial pregabalin for pain relief to see if she improves. Recommended to also add paracetamol 500mg PO BID for next few days.Recommended seeing OMAR (appointment late march scheduled) after her chemo completes. Vital Signs
