Verified: YESClient: Amanda and partner.History:Feel OA is getting worse, especially last few weeks. On 4cyte, also gets onsior now and then when seems sore. No other meds.EDDU wnls no v/d/c/s.Walked a few kms in am and only 1km in evening now as getting too stiff.Bright, happy in himself.Examination:BAR, friendly.Bilateral mild nuclear sclerosis. Both ears nad. mm p+m, crt<2s. slns nad. DD 1/4 good condition for age.HR 108 no hm reg rhythm. RR pant ausc/effort nad.Abdo palp comfortable nad.Skin - multiple lipomas over ventral chest + abdomen.MSK - severely restricted ROM all limbs, not able to manipulate as too sore, whimpered when lifted LH. Mild dorso-lumbar spinal pain.Assessment:-severe OA.Tx: 1.23ml pentosan sc.Due vacc - vacc nobivac KC sc given.Plan:Booster KC in 12m.Next two weekly pentosans with nurse then 4th with vet (KJG ideally).Start gaba 400mg BID - 2 weeks worth given only, does not have to give daily, so can then assess difference with pentosan.Gave OA handout, disc in future starting combination of OA meds.Adv 1kg weightloss.
