04/03/2026 Had traz and gaba about 1.5 hours ago Ears clear up and then Elvis goes swimming and it recurs again scratching and shaking LEFT ear this time O also requested a check of the LEFT leg, sometimes stiff when he wakes up CE: - BAR - eyes bright and clear - mm pink and moist, crt < 2 seconds - heart and lungs okay - Left elbow, lick smacking on palpation and manipulation - LEFT ear painful, red, ulcerated, stenotic, thick black waxy discharge - RIGHT ear perfect cyto: Right nad, left Malassezia +++ Treatment: Flushed LEFT ear with otoflush neptra applied Plan: recheck 1 weeks time, may need to add in pred Needs to lose weight Offer radiographs of LEFT FORE No swimming
