ghc +/- T4 bloods for more felimazole (5mg BID), O said ran out on weekend.

HISTORY:
Been going well at home, O thinks he is improving. Missed its sunday dose. Not worried about investigating any issues. Just wants to keep comfortable until we reach the end 

DIET:(KIbble (friskies)+ fancy feast tuna (can twice a day))

Ears: clean ear canals, healthy pinnae(#)
Eyes: clear sclera, no clouding of cornea, symmetrical pupil size, pink conjunctivia, no discharge(#)
Nose: symmetrical nares, no discharge present(#)
Throat: no coughing or swelling noted on palpation of trachea, salivary glands comfortable on palpation(#)
Cardiovascular: no murmurs or arrythmias auscultated, strong sychnchronous femoral pulses(#)
Respiratory: clear bronchovesicular sounds, normal effort(#)
Abdo: soft and comfortable on palpation(#)
MSK: ambulating well. No pain on palpation of neck, spine, limbs or joints(#)
Neruo: normal mentation
Integument: healthy coat, skin is healthy with no signs of wounds or inflammation. No skin lesions or growths(#)
Reproductive: no significant abnormalities(#)
LN: submandibular, prescapular and poplietal LN palpate normal size(#)


Bloods:
T4 still elevated 184nmol.l. Concerned we are truely elevated not just duie to a missed day of dosing. Advised O that repeat bloods of JUST the T4 component is indicated in 2wks to get conformation on increasing or maintaing the dose 

Treatment:
1. (Felimazole 5mg BID maintained)
