This has gotten worse in the last two weeks. This is noticed after he has eaten. His bottom looks like it is protruding slightly. No weight loss over time. He hasn't gone away and he hasn't gone to boarding facilities. Julie has a video and it sounds a bit like a dry harsh hacking cough and he ends up licking his lips. Objective: mm pink, moist, crt < 2 sec eyes - nad ears - nad heart - normal systolic rhythm, rate - lungs - nad abdo palpation - no pain, no masses musculoskeletal - nad genitourinary - dental - Integument - Temp - A small growth on the upper aspect of the rectum about 12,00 position inside the rectum Emptied with AG no concerns.
