Reason: Ear And Skin On Back History: Presented by Mr R. Thinks might have another R ear infection, scratching at it for a few days. Patch of hair on back has grown back a different colour & different texture after possibly having some mild hair loss, O was worried about a hormonal condition.  No change in drinking habits.Physical Exam: Bar. Mild inflammation & discharge R ear - cytology = yeast++. Possibly some very mild erythema L ear canal - cytology = yeast+. Area of hair along mid dorsum is a darker tan & slightly coarser, skin is quiet underneath. Rest of coat is normal. Assessment: bilat malassezia OELocalised area of coat colour change - follicular dysplasia? (less likely dt hormonal condition since not bilaterally symmetrical and no other CSx)Treatment: Dermotic bid both ears & then r/c at end of bottle. Plan: If further areas of coat change or hair loss then consider bloods, skin biopsy.    Vital Signs    Weight: 12.5;
