04/03/2026 Ears recheck H: Only shakes when O puts the drops in. O did 2 doses of the cleaning solution (1 day in between). Aurizon into both ears once daily until yesterday morning. E: Both ears look MUCH cleaner - able to see TM bilaterally. But both ear canals VERY red/inflamed. CYTOLOGY: L ear NSF, R ear occasional yeast + A: Otitis externa nearly resolved P: Macrolone 20mg - 1 tab sid for 3 days, then half sid for 3 days, then half eod EKD poloxamer 3 ml into each ear Recheck next week for ears + cartrophen
