Reason: Recheck EarsHistory: Finished Topigen last night. Using Epiotic SIS ear cleaner as directed. Other dog licks at ears after being medicated. Has been on xalatan bid to sid R eye for posterior luxated lens but has run out of drops - would like script for this and for pred forte as was advised to use this when eye is cloudy. Physical Exam: R ear much improved, no longer moist & inflammed - still mild amt brown discharge on cotton tip but cytology = squames & acellular material only, no microbes. L ear cytology = squames, acellular material, no microbes. R eye mildly cloudy but no scleral injection, no blepharospasm, IOP OD 7mmHg = a little low.  IOP OS 12mmHg = normal. Assessment: ear infection has cleared but still moderate amt of cerumen. R eye (post lens luxation) - mild flare up of uveitis. Treatment: Flam/dex ongoing for ears. Scripts provided for xalatan & Pred Forte for R eye as below. Scripts as below:1.
