O reports overall he is doing well. Trying to control weight. Lazy, not active. Needs to do more, get weight off. Start with getting him to 11kg. No VDCS. OA in hips. Has a plate in RF. Currently on rosehip vital and senhor mushroom mix. Heart murmur grade 2/6 detected. Asymptomatic. Discussed cardiologist. O to monitor SRR/coughing. Abdomen - liver margin feels extended. Hx of elevated ALP on blood test 12 months ago. Will repeat bloods today. Comfortable on palpation, no tensing/splinting. Slight reduction in caudal ROM in both hips, L worse than R. Not pulling away. Blood sample obtained for IDEXX TAHP. BG 4.0 Proheart SR-12 given SC. Did not complete KC course last year. Nobivac Bb/pi given SC. Booster KC in 2-4 weeks time. Amnesty
