Hx:Doing really wellNo flare upsCurrently on 1.25mg every 3 days. PE: nsf on PE - doing very wellWas a small red lesion on R side of lower lip and lip fold that O noticed - but seems better now, possibly intermittent lip fold dermatitis - O to clean BID warm salty water if recurs. Dx: Ongoing IBD - repsonding well to this dose of prednisolone. Plan: Order in 1mg tablets for ease of administration - O to swap once finished 5mg tablets. Ongoing 1mg every 3 days, can increase to SID duering flare ups if occur    Vital Signs    Weight: 4.2;
