Advised O there will be limited benefit to reducing current mammary mass, given age unlikely that uterus removal will have any mitigating effect to further cancer development. Did discuss benefits re. reducing pyometra risk in to old age. <br>Estimate provided to owner. <br>Also discussed weaning off azathioprine. O declined at this stage. Will reconsider once back from holiday in late april </p> </div></html>

MONITORINGContinue on Imuran for 6 months. Then reduce dose to EOD and recheck bloods 2 weeks later. 4 weeks later reduce to every third day and recheck bloods 2 weeks later. 4 weeks later stop and recheck bloods 2 weeks later.
