Hx: Only eats dry food Really quite fussy Does not drink a huge amount Urinating once a day normally Not straining to urinate when she does go No other siisues noted Was 30-hrs between urination yesterday but good wee in the evening Called emergency vet last night and they recc. assess by reg. vet in am CE: BAR TPR: WNL MM: P/M CRT: 1s DD: 1/4 Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD BCS: 3/5 Abdo palp: NAD, bladder is moderately sized and tone WNL MSK: NAD Integument: NAD LN's: NAD Neuro: NAD Assessment: Cat currently has no notable obvious issues though not yet fully assessed urogenital Plan: Discussed need to promote water intake, already has a fountain, introduce other fresh water sources Trial other wet foods until one is accepted, even whiskers sachets Taking home collection kit for urine sample, will bring in for USG and dipstick Next steps pending urinalysis results

HISTORY: Hx: Due for vaccination. UTD Bravecto Plus. Indoor only. EDDU normal - still prefers kibble to wet food. No health concerns. Occassionally defects outside of litter tray but seems to be the last bit of bowel movement, as if she doeswn't realise there is still something there. PE: BAR. MM pink, moist. CRT <2s. Oral exam: teeth and gums in excellent condition. TPR normal. Thoracic ausc NAD. Abdominal palpation NAD. BCS 6/9. Fit for vaccination. Mildly overweight as previous. Tx: F3 vacc sc. Nails clipped. WEIGHT: 4.6
