-Called O to check and see how Bryan was going at home since Friday-He is doing well at home, a little more cuddly O said, but otherwise taking the Ab well and has not been doing the gulping behaviour -O mentioned he is a little constipated, still comfortable, no fresh blood in the faeces, but O noticed the stools have been a bit firmer. Discussed how new medications, stress of being in hospital can give him some colitis, best to monitor at home, check for blood if straining, add some more fluids/ moisture to the diet. If it is doesn't improve, or worsens, contact and come down to clinic for recheck-O happy to finish Ab and let us know how he is going

-Called O to say Bryan is done-Bloods were normal, x-ray showed little for concern just something weird in the stomach but nothing that could be cause for concern-Some gas in the trachea, but nothing of concern-Informed O the tonsils were both moderately inflamed so will treat with Ab for 1w. If anything worsens call tomorrow or go emergency, but don't anticipate this. Otherwise will touch base with O on Monday to see how Bryan is going-O happy with this

-Called o to inform that bloods were normal-O happy to proceed with sedated exam and x-rays-Told O will call when Bryan is waking up from sedation
