02/03/2026 SUBJECTIVE:presented by Fiona, stopped licking paws, and ears seem a bit better. Still very reluctant to walk - only goes a few metres and just sits, puts on the brakes. When taken to dog park will run around happily. Happy to be carried on walk! One small vomit this morning. OBJECTIVE: videos from O show dog basically sitting on a walk but when off lead will run around happily and has no lameness. Ears - much improved, still a small amount of discharge, lichenification improved. Feet nsf. HQ exam - still quite stiff to examine today. ASSESSMENT: suspect some behavioural aspect to walking on lead. Otitis resolving PLAN: consider a pram or just leaving dog at home! PMP another week then start elocon SIW. Ok for repeats until vacc in October. Likely will need cytopoint before then. Suggest check HQ each visit.
