Nurse:Any concerns the owner has / presenting problem and duration: Urinary incontinence overnight with significant wetting through towels and bedding. Increased water intake and urination frequency. Increased appetite. History: Castrated at 9 weeks of age by breeder. Previous wet patches noted but uncertain if lifting leg on objects. Currently sleeping more but back to normal routine.
