If he has not had Clomipramine it needs to be given please.  DD  ------- Sms reply: YH: 2 months post MPL on the RHL. Presented today for follow-up radiographs. Owner reports that the dog is going well, eddu normally, no lameness when walking, no issues. E:BARAmbulating well on the leg, no lameness noted today at the walk or trot. Incision site healed well, does have some swelling around where the kwires are, can palpate implants. HR WNL, NMASedation 0.2mg/kg butorphanol, 10ucg/kg medetomidine IM Radiographs taken lateral and cc of RHL Sedated exam of RHL: good rom, no crepitus noted, minimal stifle effusion, some inflammation of the patella tendon and able to palpate implants around proximal tibia. Reversal antipam IM Plan to send radiographs to Mark for assessment. To keep rested until we hear back from Mark.     Vital Signs
