She has had 2 seasons. She is on monthly Credelio size 10kg to 22kg She has often had itchy ears. In the last week she has had discharge from her eyes.Black waxy discharge from both ears. R worse than L. Pinna is thickened on both sides.  Smear : Both ears ++++ malassezia. R has inflam cells as wellPinna has 5 malassezia phpf. Mouth clear. Eye discharge ++ neuts Vulva - 2 malassezia seen. Discussed can be ongoing with malassezia in the ears and will need rechecks. Eyes not inflamed and good tears. Start by irrigating with saline or with dilute NMT shampoo. Wash once weekly with malaseb and wipe ear flaps with dilite malaseb a few times a week. Discussed dermotic but elected for long acting for compliance.  - Both ears cleaned and applied mometamax. If needed can come and get some chrlooint. Recheck with JK in 2 weeks.
