<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><div> <p>still gets mild intermittant lameness with increased exrcise- LFL o thinks and prev recorded. not overy sore today and gait exam difficult to tell which leg. <br>has been off food last night but ate liver treats normally in consult.<br>exam- normal ROM in all forelimb joints both sides. slight reluctance for L shoulder extension and neck lateral flexion to L side . also v mild scapula muscle atrophy L side.<br> mm pink, nad chest and abdomen, t 38.1<br>has L cherry eye- Rt been prev corrected with animal eye care.<br>PLAN- o going away for a few days so start anti-inflams- previcox 227mg x 5 1/2 sid<br>r/v when off anti-inflams- exercise to point of fail and lameness, admit then for xrays +/- cortisone inj to shoulder and cherry eye surgery. est $2.5-3k</p> </div></html>
