Last groom about 5 weeks ago, just before given all clear for infection. Groomer does pluck ears. Doesn't swim Really resenting ear swab today  - so taken out back Examination: Swab L ear clearR ear cocci ++++ neuts +++, marked fibrin and proteinaceous material Assessment: Suspect lingering infection down near TM and proteinaceous material stopping infection from fully clearing. Treatment: Ear cleaned otoflush - still alot of debris near TMDiscussed with O repeating treatment. Vs sedation to flush Recommend if sedating to flush we do culture and sensitivity to ensure there is no resistance.
