Reason: Lump History:Owner found a small lump on Jiji's abdomen. Doesn't seem to bother her in any way. Looks like it's right next to her teat. Mobile, pea-sized. Rescue cat - owner has had for many years. She had had one litter prior to desexing and adoption. Objective:BARU/G: Small approx pea sized firm lump next to/within R side cranial mammary gland. Laboratory:FNA - mixed epithelial cells, foam cells, occasional macrophage. Consistent with mammary gland aspirate. Assessment:Mammary lump in a senior cat. Plan:Book in for lumpectomy + send off for pathology. Owner prefers to do ASAP. Booked in with Dr Hedi tomorrow. Vital Signs
