Reason: Recheck LF puncture wound adjacent to the dew claw & RH pad laceration.No front leg lameness. Finished Noroclav last night. Licking the paw. The site of the puncture wound on the posterior aspect of the left fore adjacent to the dew claw is now not inflamed, not swollen and is well healed. The laceration on the pad of the right hind is granulating normally, about 1-2 weeks before completely healed. Dont see the need for any antibacterials given the granulation tissue. Suggest avoiding gravel, rough surfaces. Rx 1 week, LH laceration.    Vital Signs    Weight: 31.2;       

Reason: Lame LF & Cut Right Hind PadWent to the park on Saturday 3 days ago, since non weight bearing on the left fore and a cut on the right hind main pad. The right hind main pad posterior aspect -1.5cm laceration with about 2mm separation, occurred about 2-3 days ago. The wound is clean. The left fore has a puncture wound about 3-4mm in width with extreme inflammation and swelling which is medial to the left fore dew claw at the posterior aspect of he limb. Treatment: noroclav 500mg 1BID x 15tSuggest trying to keep the paw dry. Rx 1 week.
