- Owner reports an audible clicking sound from the hindlimbs during walks over the past week. This occurs during normal walking without any lameness, usually in the second half of the walk.

Physical Examination:
- Demeanour: Bright, alert, responsive

- Cardiovascular / Respiratory: heart auscultation normal, lung fields clear
- Mucous Membranes / CRT: pink/1s
- Abdominal / Rectal: nad
- Musculoskeletal: Full orthopaedic examination performed. Hip joints demonstrate excellent flexibility and range of motion with no palpable click, crepitus, or pain on manipulation. On palpation of both stifle joints, there is a possible very subtle enlargement of the right stifle compared to the left; this finding is equivocal. No pain response elicited on manipulation of any joints.

Discussion:
- Discussed examination findings with the owner. Explained that no definitive abnormalities could be detected on physical examination, particularly no issues with the hips. The subtle finding in the right stifle was noted but is not considered clinically significant at this time as there is no associated pain or lameness. Owner advised that while an underlying issue cannot be completely ruled out, there are no concerning findings at present.
