Reason: Irritated Ears And More Cortavance/austrazole MedsAppointment Notes: Bad debtorHistory:C/O chronic otitis externa flare-up despite preventative treatment (cortavance + Austrazole mixtwice weekly, Apoquel 1x/day). Signs include ear scratching, pain, purulent exudate on cleaning, and head shaking. Paw licking has resolved on Apoquel. No current V/D, but previous severe diarrhoea with Royal Canin Renal diet.Examination:EEN: Bilateral otitis externa with brown exudate. L ear appears more severely affected. No ocular or nasal discharge. No swelling noted.Dental score: 2/4 mild tartar.Lymph Nodes: Submandibular LN WNL, symmetrical.Heart: NSR, no murmur, synchronous pulses.Chest: Clear, normal bronchovesicular sounds.Integument: Skin WNL, no parasites, lumps or masses noted.Abdominal palpation: Soft, non-painful, no organomegaly detected.Neuro: Bright, alert, responsive.
