- Breathing still fast - has not yest started the inhaler.
 > breathing is the same as the last 2 months
- O only concern now is the breathing
- No diarrhoea last 2-3 days - stool formed

- Back on supermarket food

RR: 88, clear BV sounds

Temperature: 38.5
Dental Stage: gr2

Any additional findings:
- abdm ppn wnl

Problems:
- Diarrhoea - RESOLVED
- Inappetance - fine now. 
- bates body  - AUS needed to rule out nothing else
- HCM - tx atenolon
- LRT inflam on rads  ddx bronchitis/asthma
- Hyperthyroid - felimazole stopped for now  from 20th
- weight stable

Assessment:
- Discussion with CC this am was needing to check bates body is a bates body and not in stomach - repeat imaging, bloods and endoscopy

- O brought in stool sample - elect not to do PCR now as P better

- Apart from sl fast breathing - PE unremarkable to day and P doing clinically much better

Suggest:
- TAHP>  If ok and TT4 high - start felimazole again.
If alright on felimazole after 2 weeks - can start trial pred for bronchitis
