26/02/2026 H: has been going well, ba, eduf all ok, no vom/diarrhoea. prev haemangiosarc removal ventral abdo, cutaneous. has a fw more small lumps o wants checked. lump r.foreleg no change. S: BAr O: t 38.2, hr 98, mms pink, crt 1-2 sec,s pulse sok. lungs clear. eyes nad ears nad lns nad skin nad abdo no painr epsne, no plapale masses. ms mild muscle loss hindlegs. slow to sti/stand. urogen nad externally. ventral abdo r.side prepuce, around nipple, very dark, irrecular pigemntation, approx 5-10mm diameter, almost blood blister in appearance. similar smaller lesion l.sid eprepuce. A; apepars stable. early arthritis? poss hamangioma/haemangiosarc? P; recc removal lumps on prepuce. bloods for senior panel. if all clear, recc surgery.
