History: Mia has been going well at home. ~4 weeks ago she went to Baldivis for an episode of vomiting with an unknown cause. She has since recovered and not had any more issues. Normal EDUD. Currently fed royal canin urinary diet (wet and dry). O has no concerns.

Assessment: Mia is systemically well for vaccination. Administered Nobivac oral BB (2516202, exp 1/27), and Nobivac Pi (2514804, exp 5/26)

Plan: Next vaccination and health check due in 12 months. O to monitor for any adverse reactions and return sooner if any concerns. Recommended dental scale and polish.
