03/03/2026 HISTORY: Bee reaction - allergic reactions Symptoms first started an hour ago had some vomiting, food and then bile and saliva. dairrhoea bit of blood as well dad saw her eat half the bee no meds longterm Pre-existing conditions/ current medications EXAMINATION: BAR, BCS 5/9, T 37.7 Eyes: nad Ears: nad Oral: nad MM: pm <2s HR: 150, no hm/a. pulse strong and synchronous RR: 20, no crackles or wheezes Abdomen: soft and nonpainful LN: nad BP tried to take measurement - timed out ASSESSMENT: vomiting, HGE following bee ingestion TREATMENT/ TREATMENT PLAN: prevomax 1mg/kg sq dont have niramine so instructed O to give half zyrtec tablet tonight and tomorrow COMMUNICATION: closley monitor overnight for worsening symptoms and return may take 12-24 hours to recover

Suture removal Subjective: Finished all meds. Pups are 7 weeks today and doing well - she is totally separated from them. Objective: Wound has healed well. Diagnosis: Suture removal Plan: Remove sutures and apply neocort in consult Pups will be going to new homes in a week and clients have decide to keep her separated from them - agree this would be best.
