03/03/2026 Reason sedate and xrays Premed Dorm 0.8mls + Torb 0.8mls IM Induction propofol 40mls radiographs Hips AP -OA/DJD changes + hip dysplasia noted in R hip. L stifle marked joint effusion + cranial drawer. R stifle stable. Antipam IM given recovered well. DDX Obesity - excess calories. HyperA ,neurological. hypoT (somewhat ruled out) suspect excess calories still. p: Continue NSIAD and weight management. recheck in 7 days and dispense more NSAID hoping weight has reduced 03/03/2026 Steph:- Currently fed at home per day two handfull of natures way biiscuits in morning, at night 400g raw roo meat, roo steak, diced roo or roo/pasta meal. Also two pigs ears per day or meat chews. Adv drop to am 300g biscuit, 400g raw roo meat in evening, Nothing else. Biscuits must be weighed out on scales every time. no treats! back in 7 days time (monday 9th) for reweigh. doesnt have to book appointment just let steph know weight.

Reason limping. O wants some treatment done as Jett is in so much pain. has RSPCA insurance ? O was told by our staff that xrays were only going to be $300+ with sedation. advised this is not true as Jett is already 80kgs and will need a lot of drugs. + multiple views. estimated $790 P owner to bring back on tuesday for xrays. O just wants to know whats wrong with Jett and why is she limping
