03/03/2026 REASON - lump near eye JH 3/3 HISTORY: Taken to new groomer today near Turramurra Station. Since returning, owner concerned about lumps above RIGHT eye. 12/25 saw Dr Angus Donald for back pain and preputial discharge. Owner has noticed vigorous humping leads to preputial injury and has avoided this since. Had flare in prepuce and used leftover antibiotics to settle. No issues since then. Back was rested for one month with no jumping up and down. No issues since completing medications as directed. CURRENT MEDICATIONS: NIL EXAM: QAR, BCS: 4.5/9, MM: pink CRT: 1-2sec RR: 20/min HR=PR: 128/min auscultation: NAD T: Dentition: Grade 1.5/4, crown tip fracture as per previous superficial, uppers have higher tartar load on the RIGHT Eyes/Ears: NAD, LNN's: all peripheral ln wnl Abdo: NAD MSK: good ROM all joints except LHL stifle with MPL grade 2/4 with crepitus and resistance to ROM including extension of hip, cruciate appears intact currently, spinal palpation WNL with no residual pain Integument: lumps above eyes are Spencer's eyebrows, no abnormalities, WNL, Genitourinary: NAD ASSESSMENT: Spencer is well, no current treatment advised PLAN: Recommend ongoing management of spine by minimising jumping up and down from surfaces as Spencer has a long back. Dental prophylaxis including brushing at least incisors and canines advised. Concentrate dental chewing on RIGHT side of mouth to de-escalate tartar. Discussed other dental measures such as Oxyfresh, PlaqueOff, dental kibble.
