OR noticed around 1 week ago pruritis in right ear ++. OR has previously had ear infections but not for some time. No long term meds at the moment. On CE, left ear wnls, right ear go slow, had to muzzle as so painful, purulent and light brown discharge from ear, too irritated to look too far downO feels will be able to manage at home. So adv clean at home, start preds- warned re side effects. Adv give panadol  0.5*500mg tablet BID for 2 days and then adv will call tomorrow with cytology results and which topical medication to use.O happy with plan    Vital Signs    Weight: 19.6;
