Reason: Licking Penis/Urine Sample/Licking Paws KmAppointment Notes: urine in pharm - waiting outsideHistory: Has been licking prepuce on and off for the last 6 weeks. More so the last week, every time he gets back from a walks sits and licks prepuce continuously. Last few days has aso been licking feet. Otherwise seems well. Normal urination. Not itchy Examine: GPE good. Mm pink. Chest clear. Skin end of prepuce thickened and looks inflamed. No discharge present. Feet fine. Laboratory: urine all normal on dipstick. PH 5. Usg >1.050.Plan: cover with abs as skin irritated on prepuce. O to clean with dilute betadine. O other dog Stanlet from same breeder is on cytopoint for allergic skin disease. If foot licking ocntinues consider trialing cytopoint. Discuss food trial in winter, Vital Signs
