03/03/2026 Hx Os just moved from melbourne to BH - has history of chronic skin allergies which usually managed with cytopoint. O using neocort on skin, and dermotic on the ears. Started itching last 48 hours and seems to be getting worse. Last cytopoint 3 months ago. Ex BAR gums pm CRT <2s Heart no murmur/arrhythmia Lungs wnl abdo palp comfy erythematous skin with self trauma scabs on caudal HLs, throatlatch area and also on ventral abdomen. Skin hot and thickened. Ax Allergic dermatitis - chronic Px Gave cytopoint injection in consult Placed onto short tapering course of pred and cephalexin BID for for 6 day(s) to treat skin infection until cytopoint starts being effective.
