- Initially bouncy and active this morning, but has been lying down since
- Ate chicken and rice mixed with water last night and this morning, finished each meal
- no vomiting 
- Normal poos this morning
- Weighed 3.05 kg today, was 2.9 kg yesterday (improved hydration)
- Drinking water at home
- panting more than normal (pain)

EXAM
- Weight: 3.05 kg, slight increase from 2.9 kg indicating some dehydration recovery
- Hydration: Still has tacky mucous membranes, indicating ongoing dehydration. MM pink
- HR: 120 bpm, mild SHM as noted prev
- Abdomen: No pain response noted, unusual for the patient who is typically very responsive
- Temperature: 39.0 degrees Celsius, slightly warmer than yesterday but  still WNL

DIAGNOSIS
- Mild dehydration
- Stable condition with some improvement from previous day

PLAN
- Continue IV fluids throughout the day to address dehydration
- Administer Cerenia at 2pm
- Admin temgesic
- Plan to discharge around 6 PM unless condition changes
- O request process GAP only claim

More settled (not panting after temgesic)
Very relaxed and comfortable through day. 

Cerenia admin at 2pm

PCV at 5:30pm 48, TP 64
but gums still tacky. 

Bright, eating, comfortable. 

PLAN:
Send home o/n with no catheter. 
Monitor overnight. Review in am re need for any further in-patient tx
