WET HERSELF IN HER SLEEP LAST NIGHT AND DOESN'T SEEM HERSELF Hx: Large amount of urine in bed One patch on her rump the night before Also seems to have leaked this morning Malodourous urine No other obvious dysuria S: BAR, affectionate, loves treats O: PE NAD Bladder empty (just passed urine / collected) and abdo comfortable Urinalysis plus Sedivue: Clear yellow, free catch SG 1.012 Else NSF A: Primary urinary incontinence - hormone related? P: Discussed 1. Further dx eg blood test to rule out other sys disease 2. Xrays and ultrasound to examine bladder, poss undetected uroliths? etc 3. Trial ab course as worked last time although may be incidental incont resolves 4. Propalin +- incurin /stilboestrol if still refractory O keen to go stepwise as above Awaiting comp profile
