MMs pink, CRT <2s.Assessment: Repeat GI issue - SIBO (likely), IBD (less likely).Plan: Discussed possibility of SIBO given infrequent occurrences and response to metronidazole. Consider switching to Hills Biome. Maropitant given for acute tx. Start bland food (white fish and rice). O to start metronidazole has at home 100mg BID. Recheck if V+ persists.
