Not sure if it came from the poo or not. Had some soft diarrhoea last night. The rest of the stools were normal. Give yoghurt twice daily. Has epilepsy- phenomav. BAR, EDDU normal. No V+ or D+. O has no concerns. UTD with preventatives (virbac + NGS). O: MM colour pink. CRT = 1-2s. Grade () dental dse. SMLNs normal. All other LNs normal. Otic, Ocular, Oral examinations unremarkable. Chest ausc: Normal sinus rhythm. No heart murmur or arrhythmias. HR: () Resp ausc: Normal - no abnormal resp. sounds. RR: () Abd palp: Comfortable on abdominal palpation. Soft and pliable.
